Open the email sent to your personal email address. You can find your account information there.
Open your Mail app. Go to Email settings and proceed with Add account.
For email addresses (Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo), select Other from the list.
Enter your account information and select the Manual Setup option. For account type selection, you can choose either a POP3 account or an IMAP account.
Your username must match your email address. Fill in the incoming and outgoing server addresses as mail.yourwebsite.com
Security type: must be SSL (Accept all certificates).
When you proceed with the Login option, your password will be saved and your inbox will open.
Desktop Applications
Open the email sent to your personal email address. You can find your account information there.
Open your Mail app. Continue with the Add Account option..
Please fill in the incoming and outgoing server addresses as mail.yourwebsite.com
Click on the manual configuration option and enter port number 995 for the POP3 account and 993 for the IMAP account. Set the outgoing server settings to 465.
Select SSL/TLS from the connection security options and test the settings.
Web Browser
To send and receive emails when you don't have access to your devices, you can securely log in to your account via a web browser.
To do this:
Open your browser and type the login address webmail.yourwebsite.com in the address bar.
Enter your email address and password on the login screen, then click the login button.
If you are logging in from a browser for the first time, the welcome screen will open.
Click the Open button in the upper left. The Inbox will open.
If you don't want the welcome screen to appear again, you can click the Open my inbox when I log in checkbox when logging in. *It is not recommended to do this as the password change field is located here.
